Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026

Advanced Business Technology (“ABT”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information through abtqa.com, business enquiries and recruitment communications.

Information we collect

When you contact us or request a quotation, we may collect your name, company name, email address, telephone number, service requirements and information included in your message.

If you apply for an opportunity, we collect the information you provide in your CV and recruitment correspondence.

Our website and its service providers may also process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser and device details, pages visited and security-related activity.

Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry or application.

How we use information

We use information to:

  • Respond to enquiries and prepare quotations.
  • Discuss, deliver and support requested services.
  • Communicate with customers and prospective customers.
  • Consider applications and suitable employment opportunities.
  • Maintain business records and meet applicable obligations.
  • Protect the website against spam, misuse and security threats.
  • Understand and improve website performance and usability when analytics tools are enabled.

Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.

Forms and email

Our enquiry forms use Fluent Forms. Submissions are stored in our WordPress website and emailed to info@abtqa.com.

CVs sent through our Careers contact link are received at careers@abtqa.com.

Relevant ABT personnel and service providers supporting our website and communications may access information where necessary for their work.

Cookies, Google services and Microsoft Clarity

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for functionality and security.

We plan to enable Google Analytics and Google advertising measurement to understand website usage and measure enquiries arising from advertising. When enabled, these services may process information about devices, website interactions, referral sources and advertising identifiers.

For more information, see how Google uses information from websites that use its services.

We also plan to enable Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors navigate and interact with our website through behavioural measurements, heatmaps and session replays. Clarity may use cookies and similar technologies to process interaction, browser and device information. Microsoft processes information as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Before activating optional analytics or advertising technologies, we will provide appropriate information and consent controls where required. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect website functionality.

We will update this policy as our tracking configuration changes.

Service providers and external services

We may share information with providers supporting website hosting, email, security, analytics and business operations, where necessary for those services. We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect legitimate rights.

Information may be processed outside Qatar depending on the providers involved.

Our website includes Google Maps and links to services such as WhatsApp. Embedded services may receive technical information when loaded. Information handled by external services is also subject to their privacy policies.

How long we keep information

We normally retain:

  • General enquiries: for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact.
  • Unsuccessful applications and CVs: for up to six months after submission, unless you agree to a longer period.
  • Customer and project records: for as long as needed to deliver services, administer contracts, provide support and meet applicable accounting, legal or dispute-related requirements.

Where an enquiry becomes a customer engagement or an application leads to employment, relevant information becomes part of the corresponding business or employment record.

We review records and delete information when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable retention requirements.

Analytics providers apply separate retention periods according to their services and configured settings.

Your choices and requests

You may contact us to request access to or correction of your personal information, request deletion, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, subject to applicable law.

We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some records may need to be retained to meet contractual or legal obligations.
